Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
150g cream
30g sugar
1g vanilla extract

Method

  1. Using electric beaters on low speed, whip the cream to soft peaks, adding the sugar and vanilla. Be careful not to overbeat; the cream should be silky and smooth, and be slightly runny. Refrigerate until needed.
