Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
200g cream
1 vanilla bean
50g caster sugar

Method

  1. Pour the cream into a mixing bowl. Cut the vanilla bean in half lengthwise and use a small knife to scrape the seeds into the bowl. Using electric beaters, whip the cream for about 30 seconds to combine, then slowly add the sugar. Whip until firm peaks form.
