Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
50g caster sugar
2g instant coffee powder
200g cream

Method

  1. Combine the sugar and coffee in a small bowl. Using electric beaters, whip the cream for about 30 seconds, then slowly add the sugar and coffee mixture. Whip until firm peaks form. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
