Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
50ml white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
200ml light olive oil
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Whisk the ingredients together or shake in a screw-topped jar to emulsify, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Use as required.
