It’s like when two of your favourite things come together to become even better. Avocado + Aioli forever.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 large avocado
1 lime, juiced
80g Garlic aioli
1 tablespoon roughly chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. It’s best to eat this on the day you make it, but it will keep in an airtight container with plastic wrap covering the surface of the cream for up to 2 days in the fridge.
