This is what Mo should be drinking in the morning instead of her typical breakfast of nothing.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 banana
4 tablespoons muesli
3 teaspoons maple syrup, plus extra to garnish (optional)
250ml almond milk
dash chai tea syrup
4 ice cubes
oats, to garnish (optional)
cinnamon sticks, to garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in a small glass, and garnish with the oats, cinnamon sticks and maple syrup, if desired.
