Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4-6 potatoes, such as desirée
olive oil, for cooking
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the potatoes into 5 mm slices or into wedges. Toss with enough olive oil to coat and season with the salt and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a baking tray. Cook in the oven for 30–40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
