Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 carrots, julienned
1 small daikon, peeled and julienned
1 quantity Sweet vinegar
80ml Sweet chilli sauce

Method

  1. Mix the carrot and daikon thoroughly in a bowl, then pack into a sterilised clip-top jar. Pour over enough sweet vinegar to cover, add the sweet chilli sauce and seal. This keeps for 2–3 weeks in the refrigerator.
