Raspberry, mint and coconut smoothie bowl

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 banana, peeled and frozen
125g raspberries
125ml tinned coconut milk, chilled (thick part only)
3-5 fresh mint leaves
1 heaped teaspoon desiccated coconut

Topping

Quantity Ingredient
sliced strawberries

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor until thick and creamy, scraping down the sides every 30 seconds. Add more coconut milk or water if it’s too thick. Pour into a bowl and top with the sliced strawberries.

Pink smoothie bowl

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 banana, peeled and frozen
90g strawberries
60g raspberries
1 tablespoon almond butter
125ml almond milk
125ml beetroot juice
or 1 teaspoon beetroot powder (optional)

Topping

Quantity Ingredient
sliced kiwi

Method

  1. Blend everything together in a food processor until thick and creamy, scraping down the sides every 30 seconds. Pour into a bowl and top with slices of kiwi.

Avocado and blueberry smoothie bowl

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 banana, peeled and frozen
small handful spinach or kale
125ml apple juice
1/2 ripe avocado
lemon juice, squeezed
thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled

Topping

Quantity Ingredient
1 handful blueberries
grated coconut

Method

  1. Blend everything together in a food processor until thick and creamy, scraping down the sides every 30 seconds. Process until the mixture becomes completely smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with the blueberries and coconut.

Blueberry, coconut and açaí smoothie bowl

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/2 banana, peeled and frozen
1 packet frozen acaí puree
80g frozen blueberries
1/2 tablespoon agave or maple syrup
125ml pomegranate juice

Toppings

Quantity Ingredient
sliced bananas
pulp of 1 passion fruit

Method

  1. Put the banana, açaí purée, frozen berries, and agave in a blender. Add the pomegranate juice and process until the mixture becomes completely smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with the bananas and passion fruit and enjoy.
