Bursting with flavour, this is a lovely little smoothie that is both satisfying and good for you.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 banana, peeled and frozen
80g frozen blueberries
125g coconut yoghurt
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until thick, creamy and completely smooth, scraping down the sides every 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
