This is such a delicious and easy version of a salted caramel sauce without all the butter and refined sugar. Great for drizzling and dipping.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
170ml coconut nectar or maple syrup
65g almond butter, plus 2 tbsp extra
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Method

  1. Simply mix the ingredients together until well combined. Store in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge until ready to use. The sauce will thicken over time. It will keep for up to a week.
