Another simple way to cook asparagus that is delicious.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
30g butter
a squeeze lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper
2-3 bundles asparagus, cooked

Method

  1. Melt the butter and add a squeeze of lemon juice and a grinding of pepper. Arrange the hot asparagus on a serving dish and spoon lemon butter over the tips.
