Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons caster sugar
A pinch salt
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/3 cup light olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped dill
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method

  1. Combine mustard, sugar and salt in a small bowl. Add vinegar and slowly whisk in the oil until slightly thickened. Add dill and lemon juice.
