Serve on grilled meats, fish and chicken.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
125g butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2-3 tablespoons fresh tarragon, finely chopped
or 2-3 tablespoons fresh and dried tarragon mixture
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Cream butter until soft, then gradually beat in lemon juice. Blend in tarragon, and season with salt and pepper. Form into a log. Chill and slice into rounds when firm.
