A lovely early springtime salad.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 bunch violets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons wine vinegar
1 teaspoon grand marnier
1 bunch watercress
2 tablespoons pecans, chopped

Method

  1. Snip stems off violets. Place olive oil, vinegar and Grand Marnier in a screwtop jar and shake well. Place watercress in salad bowl, top with violets and nuts, add dressing, toss and serve.
