Use radicchio, red oak or mignonette in this recipe.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2-3 red leaf lettuce or other soft-leaved lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
8 radishes, finely sliced
60ml Vinaigrette, made with lime juice
coarsely ground black pepper

Method

  1. Combine lettuce and radishes in a bowl, drizzle dressing over and toss salad well. Divide salad between two salad bowls and sprinkle each serving with pepper.
