Sufficient for a 2 kg boned shoulder of lamb

This is an unusual stuffing that goes well with lamb or chicken.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
80g fresh white breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
4 tinned peach halves
or 2 fresh peaches, chopped
1/2 egg, beaten
freshly ground black pepper
salt

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients.
