Quantity Ingredient
2 small cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
750ml buttermilk
freshly ground black pepper
dash tabasco sauce
salt

Method

  1. Place cucumbers in a bowl, cover with ice cubes and soak for about 2 hours. Drain cucumbers thoroughly. Add buttermilk, seasoning and Tabasco. Chill well.
