Quantity Ingredient
125g stale cake crumbs
4 tablespoons caster sugar
100g ground almonds
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2-3 tablespoons rum
chocolate, grated
or chocolate sprinkles

Method

  1. Combine cake crumbs, sugar, ground almonds, cocoa and enough rum to bind mixture together. Form into small balls, roll in grated chocolate or chocolate sprinkles and place in tiny paper cases. Serve with after-dinner coffee.
