440g sugar, granulated or caster
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
or 2 teaspoons dried rosemary

Method

  1. Combine sugar and rosemary in an airtight jar and shake well. Leave for 24 hours.
  2. Shake again and store for at least 1 week before using. Delicious used in puddings, creams or sprinkled over hot cakes or biscuits.
