Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons lemon juice
190ml orange juice
375ml apricot nectar
750ml ginger ale
375ml strong black tea
3 tablespoons sugar
ice cubes
mint sprigs, to garnish

Method

  1. Have fruit juices, apricot nectar and ginger ale well chilled. Strain tea into a large jug and stir in sugar, lemon and orange juices and apricot nectar. Add ginger ale, stirring gently. Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses, garnishing each drink with a sprig of fresh mint.
