Spaghetti with cheese and green peppercorns

One of the simplest spaghetti dishes, flavoured with tinned green peppercorns.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
250g spaghetti
45g pecorino cheese, grated
1 teaspoon tinned green peppercorns, crushed
60g butter

Method

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving a few tablespoons cooking water.
  2. Return spaghetti to saucepan and add remaining ingredients with reserved water. Mix gently and serve.
