Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 quantity Basic polenta
500g mushrooms, sliced
30g butter
450g chicken, cooked and diced
250ml Tomato sauce
50g parmesan, grated

Method

  1. Serve warm polenta in a buttered casserole dish.
  2. Sauté mushrooms in butter for 3 minutes and scatter over polenta with the chicken. Coat with sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated moderate oven for 45 minutes.
