Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500ml buttermilk
110g sugar
260g tinned crushed pineapple
1 egg white
1 1/2 teaspoons natural vanilla extract

Method

  1. Combine buttermilk, sugar and pineapple. Chill in freezer until mushy. Place in a chilled bowl.
  2. Add egg white and vanilla and beat mixture until light and fluffy. Pour into ice cream tray and freeze until firm, stirring occasionally.
