Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
425g tinned palm hearts, chilled, drained and cut into julienne strips
2 tablespoons lemon juice
125ml cream, whipped
1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon fresh or tinned seedless grapes
30g slivered almonds, toasted

Method

  1. Sprinkle palm hearts with lemon juice. Fold together the remaining ingredients, reserving 1 tablespoon almonds. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with reserved almonds.
