Champagne or sparkling wine may by used for this cup.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
60ml brandy
60ml curacao
750ml champagne
soda water
fresh peaches, sliced, to garnish
or strawberries, to garnish
or fresh grapes, to garnish

Method

  1. Pour brandy, Curaçao and Champagne over ice in large punch bowl and mix well. Add soda water as desired just before serving, and garnish with fresh fruit. Quantities may be doubled if desired.
