Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and diced
125g butter
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
80ml rum
250ml cream

Method

  1. Cook pineapple pieces in butter until golden brown. Sprinkle with sugar and rum and continue cooking until liquid is absorbed. Add cream, heat through and serve immediately.
