Quantity Ingredient
100g rolled oats
90g desiccated coconut
110g raw sugar
1/2 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
125g butter, melted
60g mixed raisins and dried apricots, chopped

Method

  1. Combine oats, coconut, sugar, vanilla and melted butter and mix thoroughly. Stir in chopped fruits.
  2. Spread mixture in greased slice tin and bake in a preheated moderate oven for 20–30 minutes. Cut into squares while still hot. When cool, remove from tin and store in an airtight container.
