Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g rolled oats
250g ricotta or cottage cheese
150g self-raising flour, sifted
115g caster sugar
40g raisins, chopped
60g glace cherries, chopped
125g butter, melted
80ml milk

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well to a stiff batter.
  2. Place teaspoons of mixture on greased baking trays, allowing space for spreading. Bake in a preheated moderately hot oven for 15–20 minutes. Remove from trays and cool on wire racks.
