Mustard chicken in yoghurt

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6-8 chicken joints, breasts, thighs or drumsticks
freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons french mustard
250g plain yoghurt, stirred
salt

Method

  1. Season chicken joints with salt and pepper. Place in a lightly greased shallow ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Bake in a preheated hot oven for 25 minutes.
  2. Remove foil and spread each chicken piece with mustard, then cover with yoghurt. Return to hot oven for about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
