Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
250g small mushrooms, thickly sliced
80ml Vinaigrette
15g parsley, finely chopped
bouquet parsley, to garnish

Method

  1. Mix mushrooms with vinaigrette and chopped parsley. Cover and chill. At serving time, put into a pretty bowl. Garnish with a generous bouquet of parsley.
