Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500g marshmallows, chopped
250ml very strong black coffee
500ml cream, whipped
slivered almonds, toasted
or brazil nuts
or nut brittle, crushed

Method

  1. Place marshmallows in a heatproof bowl over hot water. Add coffee and heat, stirring frequently, until marshmallows are melted. Chill mixture until it is about to set, then fold in whipped cream.
  2. Pour into an oiled 1.5 litre ring mould. Chill until set. Invert onto a serving platter and cover the top with nuts or nut brittle.
