Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
185g icing sugar, sifted
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
30g butter
1 tablespoon hot water

Method

  1. Mix icing sugar, cinnamon and cocoa in a bowl, then stir in softened butter and water. Mix to a smooth paste, adding a little more hot water if necessary. Sufficient to cover top of a 20 cm cake.
