Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
90g dark chocolate, chopped
90g cream cheese, softened
60ml milk
500g icing sugar, sifted
1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over hot water. Remove from heat, and gradually beat in cream cheese and milk. Add icing sugar and salt, beating until mixture is smooth and spreadable. Add a little more milk if necessary. Sufficient to cover tops of 2 × 23 cm cakes.
