Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 slices ham
2 tablespoons white wine
250ml Béchamel sauce
1 teaspoon french mustard
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon dry breadcrumbs

Method

  1. Place ham in a buttered ovenproof dish, overlapping slices. Moisten with white wine.
  2. Season béchamel sauce with mustard and 1 tablespoon of the cheese and spoon over ham. Mix remaining cheese and crumbs and scatter over the top. Bake in a preheated moderate oven (180°C) for 30 minutes.
