Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons oil

Method

  1. Combine ingredients. Use to marinate 500 g shelled raw prawns or scallops, diced chicken or pork, fish fillets or chicken pieces. Marinate, covered, for about 30–60 minutes.
  2. Thread marinated food on skewers or place fish fillets or chicken joints on grill rack. Cook under preheated grill, turning several times and brushing with extra marinade during cooking.
