375g dessert prunes
2 large oranges, peeled and cut into segments
500ml water, boiling

Method

  1. Toss prunes and oranges in a bowl. Pour in boiling water to cover fruit, seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. If liked, add 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier before serving, with whipped cream or light sour cream.
