Use seedless white sultana grapes or big white grapes, halved and seeded, or tinned grapes for this recipe.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 large rockmelon, peeled, seeded and cubed
1 large bunch grapes
125ml grand marnier

Method

  1. Place melon cubes in a crystal bowl. Cover with a layer of grapes. Pour Grand Marnier over. Cover bowl with foil to keep in all the fragrance of the Grand Marnier. Chill thoroughly. Serve with crisp, dainty biscuits or small sponge fingers.
