This is an excellent fruity sauce served cold with hot or cold ham, lamb or game.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons redcurrant jelly
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
2 tablespoons port
1 teaspoon english mustard
or 2 teaspoons french mustard

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together thoroughly.
