Quantity Ingredient
1 whole chicken, cooked
6-8 spring onions, shredded
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely shredded
2-3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
30g coriander sprigs
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Method

  1. Arrange chopped cooked chicken on a plate. Top with spring onions and shredded ginger. (The shreds should be very fine and free from fibres.)
  2. Add sesame seeds and coriander. Just before serving heat oil, soy sauce and sesame oil and pour over chicken.
