Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
185g dark chocolate
60g butter
220g digestive biscuits, crushed
1 orange, zested
60g sultanas
60g glace cherries, chopped
glace cherries, to decorate

Method

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of hot water. Remove from heat. Add crushed biscuits with orange zest, sultanas and cherries.
  2. Mix well and press into a greased 18 cm square tin. Mark into 9 squares and decorate with halved cherries. Chill before cutting into squares.
