Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 red onion, sliced
2 red apples, cored and thinly sliced
300g red cabbage, shredded
90g dill pickles, sliced
125ml Vinaigrette dressing

Method

  1. Separate onion into rings. Combine onion, apples, cabbage and pickles. Chill. Just before serving, toss with dressing.
