Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
240g icing sugar, sifted
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
30g butter
1 tablespoon hot water

Method

  1. Mix the icing sugar, cinnamon and cocoa in a bowl, then stir in the softened butter and water. Mix to a smooth paste, adding a little more hot water if necessary.
