One of the healthiest and most common breakfast dishes in Japan. Think of it as an alternative to kippers or kedgeree.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 teaspoon sea salt
120g salmon fillet

Method

  1. Sprinkle the salt on to all sides of the salmon and leave it for 20 minutes.
  2. Grill it for 5 minutes, turning once.
  3. Serve.
