Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 small handful mint leaves
1 garlic clove
200g feta
2 teaspoons dried chilli flakes
250g greek-style natural yoghurt
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Using a food processor, chop 1 small handful mint leaves and 1 clove garlic. Crumble 200 g feta into the processor bowl, add 2 teaspoons dried chilli flakes and 250 g Greek-style natural yoghurt. Using the pulse button, process in short bursts until just combined. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
