Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
40ml agiorgitiko or dry red wine
20ml tequila
60ml pomegranate juice
15ml honey syrup (1 part honey: 1 part water)
pomegranate seeds

Method

  1. Combine 40 ml Agiorgitiko or dry red wine, 20 ml tequila, 60 ml pomegranate juice and 15 ml honey syrup (1 part honey: 1 part water) in a highball glass. Add ice and float pomegranate seeds over the top.
