Flapjack can be ordinary but not if you load it up with festive flavours as here.

Honey lavender flapjack

Method

  1. Follow the Honey and Lavender Flapjack recipe. Omit the lavender and add the grated zest of 1 orange, 50 g dried cranberries, 50 g pecans or walnuts, chopped, 7 g ground cinnamon and 50 g chopped crystallised ginger.
  2. Bake as in the original recipe.

Note

  • This recipe is vegetarian and gluten-free.
