For a flavour boost, add garam masala at the end of a recipe.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon green cardamom pods
5cm stick cinnamon
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon whole cloves

Method

  1. Blitz all the spices to a fine powder in a spice or coffee grinder. Store in a recycled Lucy Bee jar.
