Leanne Kitchen's Story

Leanne Kitchen is a chef, writer and photographer with a long career in food media. Leanne spent seven years working as a food and features editor for prestigious food and travel magazines Travel and Leisure, Vogue Entertaining and Travel, Australian Gourmet Travel, and over a decade freelancing for other top Australian and New Zealand publications. Her articles, recipes and photographs have appeared in Belle, Home Beautiful, Qantas, Kia Ora, Wine Selector, Masterchef magazine and SBS Feast, and she regularly contributes online content for smartmouthonline.com. In addition, Leanne has worked with chefs and authors on countless cookbooks, as food editor, recipe writer and, most recently, as the author of her own illustrated cookbook Turkey, Recipes And Tales From The Road. Leanne has written and photographed two books with long-time collaborator Antony Suvalko, The Real Food of China and East.
