If you are looking for a daily smoothie to tonify your skin and keep you hydrated, then this smoothie ticks all your boxes. The coconut water keeps your body hydrated, while the essential fatty acids found in the avocado and hemp oil will hydrate your skin and offer that glow and softness we all crave.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/4 fresh pineapple, peeled
1 ripe avocado, flesh
1 tablespoon extra-virgin hemp oil
1 lime, juiced
500ml coconut water

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender for 2–3 minutes. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
